I've been adopted!

Gender: Female

Age: 5-6 years

Foster Home Update on 7/29:

This little sweetie pie has been with us for a week now. She must have been someone’s pet as she made herself right at home on one of my living room chairs. She also has not had any
accidents in the house and keeps her crate dry all day.

Wheatie gets along great with my pac and is very friendly however a bit reserved. Her tail is always wagging.

She loves to just roam in our yard. And she enjoys when the kids come by and pet her. She is fun to watch as she carries toys out into the yard. And she will even run after one if I throw it.

She doesn't bark much!

If you are looking for a sweet, coach potato kind of girl, who is a very gentle loving dog, Wheatie is the one for you.

Wheatie is a 5-6 year old small spayed female, friendly, low key, great with other dogs.  Was a stray from Amelia Co. so her history is unknown.

I personally am confident that Wheatie will find a wonderful forever home. Her foster parents are amazing. Thank you BREW for bringing Earl Oliver( aka Earl The Pearl) in to my life. I have been blessed with beagle love, laughter, and joy. Special thanks to foster parents Aunt Pat and Uncle Jeff, and their beagle crew.

I am overjoyed to see that this sweet little beagle is now in a foster home. Can’t wait to hear more about her.

I met Wheatie yesterday at a transport of foster dogs. She is t he cutest little beagle. Even after several hours delay in traffic on I-95 she was happy and friendly to both people and the other dogs. She enjoyed her treats (she is a beagle after all) but didn’t try to grab any away from the others.
Wheatie found a lap and was content to be rubbed and petted. She will make a wonderful addition to your family. Now that she’s with a foster, we’ll find out more about her. I can’t wait to see her at an adoption day.

Spent the day with her and she is a fantastic little girl. She loves belly rubs – on her back with all four legs waving in the air. She loves stuffed animals and carried one around on her trip outside – didn’t even put it down to pee. She love attention and will climb into you lap. She must have been someones family pet because she totally loved the doggy bed.

Love her coloring and that sweet beagle face. Can’t wait to learn more about her once she gets into a foster home.
