AUGUST 2017: Tiny was adopted but finds himself back with BREW. Here's what we know about him right now: Tiny is a 6-year-old, small, neutered male that is vetted and ready for his forever home.  He's super sweet and gets along well with other dogs.

OCTOBER 2016: Tiny is a 5-year-old neutered male that is fully vetted and ready for a new home.  He's friendly and good with other dogs but does better with females.  He is fairly small and loves people.  He was a stray at the Louisa County Animal Shelter so his history is unknown.

  1. Hi,

I adopted a wonderful beagle 16 years ago from Connecticut…our dog has just passed away and hoping to find another female. We have grandchildren and we were spoiled with our last dog, who loved the children. Looking for a female that has a sweet personality.

Hi Ellen. I am so sorry for your loss. Most of our beagles are located in Virginia and Maryland. If you are interested in adopting from BREW, I recommend you fill out an adoption application at http://www.brewbeagles.org/brew-adoption-process/adoption-application/. Once we receive the application, we will assign one of our volunteers to work with you to see what might be possible.

  2. I would like to know what tinny weighs and why his adoption did not work out. We lost our wonderful beagle we adopted from BREW at the age of 15 but still have a 16 1/2 year old rescued 29 lb beagle.

  3. We love Tiny! We submitted an application tonight! So excited to hear back and move forward with the process. He would find such a loving home with loving parents with us! -Jon & Lauren
