Bridget Groene

HI! We adopted Suzie from BREW Mid-West at the end of September; we drove all the way to Toledo, OH from Illinois (starting at 3am) to adopted our baby Suzie. I knew from the moment I saw her, that she was the beagle I always dreamed of having one day. I had been in love with beagles since I was younger and my babysitter had one. I would just spend all my time with that Beagle when I was younger and now that I was out on my own, I could finally have my very own beagle. My fiancé Erik and I could have never asked for a better beagle girl. She makes our days so much happier and our hearts are now overflowing with love. She enjoys walks, playing in the house, and eating treats. She is such a good girl; when we got her she wasn't housebroken, but we barely had to do anything and she was housetrained in no time, and can be left free to wander around during the day. She loves to cuddle; she can never get enough of it and neither can Erik and I. We have taken her on many car rides across Illinois for different occasions; however she doesn't like this and rides on the floor, we try and make it as comfortable as possible for her. She is always glad when we return home. She has only chewed up one thing, it happened when we came home and left again right away one day...she was mad and ate through Erik's leather guitar strap; but we learned our lesson not to leave things like that venerable. Well there is just a snip-it of life with Suzie, couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks BREW!!!

Love
Bridget, Erik and of course Suzie too!
