We adopted Whiskey from Elaine (foster mom) in September of last year.

He came to us as a very scared guy, and pretty much did not trust anyone.

After showing him love and affection over the past year, he has become a very loveable little boy! He is very attached to our 7 year old daughter, Sara and our other beagle Fanny. Whiskey and Fanny became fast friends right from the beginning.

We were kind of wary of him in the beginning, that maybe he had some problems that were a little too much for us. But he has definitely come out of his shell and we can't imagine ever not having him in our lives.
