Winkie and Greg Albertson

Farrah, who we have named Ginny (short for Virginia - original huh? LOL), is doing great! We absolutely love her. We think she has A.D.D. **chuckles** but that makes us laugh and enjoy her even more! She is a bolter so we had to add a few more "security" measures - like a glass storm door on the front vestibule. She has run into it a few times in her zealousness to get out. She gets many walks per day, refuses to sleep on a dog bed when a human bed with a warm body is so available! LOL She has adopted my youngest daughter, Rosey, as her sleeping companion, though she will make an effort to go up to the third floor to visit the teenager, Becky, and walk over her to get to windows to check out the world.

She is not a barker when people come to the door, not even the mailman, but if a dog goes by, we hear about it LOL. Some kids, I am assuming, stole the globe off of our lamppost the other night and Ginny didn't make a sound. Normally this stuff never happens in this neighborhood, so I am assuming it was bored teens looking for something to do. Anyway, we decided Ginny is not watch dog material and that's ok too.

She is pretty good about having baths. Loves the snow, hates the rain, and will reluctantly go into the crate when we have guests over and food is on the coffee table lol. My sister has a young Pomeranian, Punky, and the two of them get along fabulously. They all came over for Christmas morning. Ginny & Punks played and ran around the house and in the backyard while the rest of us chatted, ate, and opened presents! Ginny shared her new dog treats and toys with Punks without any growls or nips! What a sweetheart!!
