Day 13 - The end is near!!! Beagle camp is winding down. PDF Print E-mail
Day 13, Evening - The end is near! Beagle Camp is winding down. Garrison and Warren have really grown in their time here. Both can climb over the barricade, and both have cqnquered :"Dog House Mountain". I'm thinking about putting a sign in my front yard - "Pinefiled Puppy Farm"; "Camp Snoopy" and "Beagle Camp" are the top contenders for slogans. The kitchen is too big for two puppies, so, I'm going to put them in their crate and bring them into the bedroom for the night. If this goes well, then I'll do the same thing tomorrow night. I just don't want a repeat of what happened the first night. They're pretty good about getting into the crate, it's when I put the crate on the dolly to wheel it into the bedroom that the fun begins. You'd think I was putting them on a rollercoaster for all the hollering and whining! I put the crate in the bedroom and cover it with a sheet. We're good to go for the night. And it's a good thing, because I'm dog tired.
