Hi to all of the beagle lovers out there. Thanks to Midwest Beaglefest on May 4th, we have added Sugar (Fortune) to our family. She has two five-year-old brothers and is doing extremely well.

The morning of Beaglefest I had no intention of getting another dog, as I already had two. But my son and I wanted something to do that afternoon, so we headed to Beaglefest and lo and behold, there was Fortune. We have changed her name to Sugar cause she looks so sweet!

I spotted her and it was love at first sight. I called my husband and he and our daughter came to Beaglefest. I know by the end of the day that Sugar would be ours. What a wonderful Mother's Day it was!

Sugar is the sweetest dog I have ever known. It has been only two weeks and she fits right in with our family. We love her to death.
