(this isn't based on a true story...THIS IS A TRUE STORY!) I thought since I'm published, a bit of explanation prior to Day One might be in order... I am a volunteer and foster mom for BREW. I recently volunteered to act as a temporary foster mom for five 10 week old beagle puppies: Sullivan, Garrison, Warren, Heath(Bar) and Lori. This is in addition to the four adult beagles I have at home: Buddy, Potsy, Buster and Daisy. Before you think of me as completely crazy, in my defense, let me say that I have done this before. Buddy and Potsy have been with me since they were 9 weeks old and I had a litter of seven beagle pups in my house for two months. That was just over two years ago.
