Hello everyone, I think my name is Muddy, but mom calls me so many different things, like pretty girl, pumpkin and baby doll that I’m not positive. It doesn’t matter though, I will come just because someone wants to cuddle or play with me. She says I have the softest chocolate brown coat and most beautiful hazel eyes that she has ever seen. Oh and I’m finally starting to grow into my ears! They used to get soaked every time I took a drink. I know that mom was a beagle, but I’m just not sure about dad. Foster mom says I remind her of a little spaniel, but all the hounds in my litter look different. I have been working hard to learn what I need to be a big dog. I am getting better at going potty outside, my bladder is getting bigger you know, and keep my crate dry almost every night. I love to romp and play with my toys, chew sticks and play tag with the other dogs that live here. They are really fun to run around in the backyard with, but I crack foster mom up because when they start to howl or track it’s time for me to go hide behind her legs. I have a pillow that I sleep on when everyone is busy, but my very favorite place to be is curled up in your lap with my head resting on your chest while I gaze into your eyes. Everyone says that I’m the very best at keeping them warm. I should also mention that I’m a champion face washer. The funny lady at Petsmart said I can’t hold my licker and I guess that's true. Well, I’m off to find a stick to eat so let BREW know if your lap needs warming and I’ll be doing my best to learn all the rules that will make me a first class house dog. ‘Til then keep you nose to the ground and your tail to the sky.
