Can you make room in your home for this fun-loving beagle boy? Just consider him a beagle "toddler"...no apartments-Mac definately needs a fenced yard to get his exercise time in!  Favorite things are belly rubs and chew toys. Mac's specialty is giving kisses!

Scarecrow

I've been adopted!

Age: Born 7/10/2008

Gender: Male

Adoption Day Info:

Sponsored By:

Scarecrow's foster mom says he is:

  • Very active dog
  • Loves to chew
  • Plays well with other dogs
  • Loves his food
  • Crate trained
  • Understands doggie door

Meet the Oz puppies. We don’t know who is who yet. We think there are 3 males and one female. They were born on July 10, so won’t be ready to be met for a while, yet. They are probably mixes, but look very much like their mom, a beagle.

Please read our Standards for Adoption, the Beagle Camp Diaries and the information about beagles and puppies before you submit an adoption application. Remember that owning a puppy is a full time commitment and you must have the time to commit to a dog who will be with you for 12-17 years. Beagle puppies are cute - but they are very challenging. Puppies may eat your apartment (no refund of security deposit); people who are gone for more than 5 hours at a time will need to make dog walker, neighbor or doggie daycare arrangements; and for families with very small children, puppies will chew toys, shoes, blankets and hands, feet and other important parts of your child's anatomy.
