I've Been Adopted!

UPDATE - 4 JULY 2018: Marin has been doing great at his foster home. He is housetrained, uses the doggy door, is well-behaved, and plays well with the other dogs. He rides well in the car and does well in a crate. He is young and has some energy, so a fenced yard would probably be best for him.

UPDATE - 18 JUNE 2018: Marin was having some anxiety at our kennels, so a good friend of BREW's (Susan at info@acapva.org) has offered to foster him to see how he does in a home. It looks like he is doing fine! He is looking very relaxed with some friends in the picture sent by Susan. Marin will be available soon.

NEW - 17 FEBRUARY 2018: Marin comes to BREW from Fredericksburg, Virginia. He and Roger were apprehended while wandering around town with another friend. They are both believed to be about 2 years old. Marin is now fully vetted and waiting to find a foster or forever home.

  1. We had three beagles in our home and have recently just lost our last beloved boy. We are all heart broken and my husband wants to adopt another beagle in the future in honor of our loving beagles that have passed away. We live in Alexandria with a huge yard with a great privacy fence so we have an anazing yard for a beagle and very comfortable large home. We are very interested in coming to your next event and would love a boy beagle but we are open. Please email us if you have information on a good fit. Thank you for all of your hard work to protect these beautiful beagles. They are the sweetest dogs and we completely understand your devotion. Also we would prefer a beagle at least 2 years. We have had three puppies and know the challenges well. My husband has his own business and can be in and out of our home often. We also ave a newly graduated college

son here that can be a huge help too. Sorry for the long post but we are seriously looking and want to adopt soon. Our house is so empty now.

Hi Carolyn – We are so sorry to hear about your loss, but thank you for opening up your hearts to another beagle. We have so many who need good homes, and your home sounds wonderful. Our next adoption event will be on March 10th in Manassas, VA. The details are at the bottom of the first page of our home page. Also, to be able to adopt from BREW, we need you to fill out an application at http://www.brewbeagles.org/brew-adoption-process/adoption-application/. Once we receive your application and fee (PayPal is best), we will have a volunteer contact you directly to talk about our beagles and adoption process. We look forward to filling that void with a wonderful beagle buddy!
