I'm Available!

Kobi is a 1-year-old spayed female who is fully vetted and looking for a forever home. She’s a racing model - lean and muscular but the size of your average beagle. She’s playful and friendly and gets along well with other dogs and people. She was an owner give up at the Louisa County Animal Shelter in Virginia because she didn’t hunt. She’s ready for a new chapter in her life.

  1. If her adoption to The previous commenter doesn’t work out I’m interested! I’ve been through the application, referral and home inspection process for BRSM and was set to adopt one of their hounds but it turned out that that one needed a full hip replacement at 8 mos old. Though I am committed to being a forever home, my 60 lb energetic foxhound needs a more mobile candidate to play with.

Hi Kristine – Thank you for your interest in Kobi. She is still available. Even though you are already approved by BRSM, we will still need you to submit an application for BREW (using Paypal is bet). You can find the application at http://www.brewbeagles.org/brew-adoption-process/adoption-application/. We can probably use the home check already done by BRSM, but we will know better once we receive your application and have a chance to talk to you. We look forward to talking to you about Kobi!

Hi Brett – Thank you for your interest in Kobi! The first step in our adoption process is to submit an application, which can be found at http://www.brewbeagles.org/brew-adoption-process/adoption-application/. Once we have received your application and the $15 application fee (it’s best to use PayPal for that), we will assign someone from BREW to contact you directly to talk about Kobi. Please make sure your other beagle is up to date on her vaccinations and heartworm preventative meds. We are required to do a vet check on all current pets in the home and will turn down applicants whose pets are not up to date. We will look forward to receiving your application!
