I've Been Adopted!

Age: 6months
Gender: Female

Hi, Beagle Lovers!

This is Ester here! I have been in my foster home for two weeks. I am a sweet little girl who loves other dogs and children. I am most fond of my foster sister, Gracie. Gracie told me that she is a coon hound. I would really like to have a dog companion in my forever home.

It took me a few days to learn that cats are not chew toys and don't like having their tails nipped by an upstart puppy. Did you know that cats have sharp, pointy things on their toes?

I sleep quietly in my crate in the bedroom at night. I do not like being left alone and will howl about it if I am.

I can bounce around the house like a pin ball when I play. I love squeaky toys!!!!! Then I will curl up on the sofa with Gracie and sleep tight.

I am about 6 months old and weigh 12 pounds.

Looking forward to seeing you in my forever home.

Love, Ester

PS - Yes!!! I am house trained!

Ester sure is adorable. She and Polly are strays pulled from a rural Virginia shelter. We don't know a lot about her.   So far Ester is doing well in her foster accidents!  She is trying to get her foster sister to play but from the picture I'm not sure Gracie is buying into it!

Does she have the run of the house when left alone?

Shannon, yes, she is available. But there is interest. If you want to be considered, please submit an adoption application.

      Thanks, Laura

Ester, daughter of Polly…. Polly-Ester! That is too funny. She is very cute. I’d like to know more about her if our first choice doesn’t work out.
