I've Been Adopted!

QUICK UPDATE - 26 JANUARY 2016: Corn Dog loves the great outdoors, snow included! He loves to run around in it, climb on top of it, and walk through the canyon pathways. He is such a happy little guy and prances while on a walk!

2 JANUARY 2016: Corn Dog is a fun little guy! He's fully house trained, great with other dogs, loves to play and go for walks. He's a perfect patient, letting us put cream on his bad spots which are now fully healed. Christmas Eve he tore a toenail, but he was very good about letting us clean & bandage him. He even left the bandage alone! Then New Year's Eve, he injured it again, so we took him to the vet to have it removed. Our vet said her dogs have this happen, and it's just something that happens to highly active dogs. They LOVED him at the vet, he was soooo good and soooo cute! He is back to being his happy self again, running & playing like a puppy! He's such a happy little boy that we usually call him Happy Feet, because he dances so much at feeding time, especially with his front feet!

6 DECEMBER 2015: Corn Dog is now in a foster. His skin condition is no longer contagious, and he getting some fur growth back on his head but ears are still bare. He's a very happy pup as can be seen by that tail!

Original Info: Corn Dog (CD) is an approximately 18-month-old male beagle who recently came to BREW from Fredericksburg, Virginia, along with Funnel Cake. Sadly, they were neglected by their previous owners, and both are very thin. FC arrived weighing just 12.5 pounds. Thankfully, these sweet beagles are on their way to recovery. Both have settled in at our favorite vet clinic where they are eating the good stuff and getting some vetting taken care of. CD will be moving to a foster home soon - stay tuned as we get to know him better!
