I've been adopted!
NEWS!!!! Coconuts are not known to be particularly cute or sweet, but you haven't met THIS Coconut...and don't put any lime in this one - just a bit of lemon! Coconut is an adorable, tiny, young white (with a smidge of lemon) beagle who just loves to gives kisses! She loves everyone she meets - men, women, children, and has been coming out of her shell more and more in her foster home. With proper introductions and time, Coconut is tolerant of the other dogs and now plays with cat in the home, and actually seems to gravitate towards and play with other very young female beagles. Since she was a stray found with Chutney, she may just be used to having a younger female buddy around to play with and take care of. She may initially be cautious with new or strange dogs, though, and responds better to other females.
Coconut loves toys, and might be able to get a spot on the TV show “Hoarders” since she just likes to collect things from around the house....toys, shoes, or socks, and makes her own little pile of collections in her dog bed or crate. She's so funny. She has yet to damage anything...she just collects them! Coconut is still working on her housetraining and crate-training, but is making great progress. She can be leash walked, yet enjoys a fenced in yard, too. She can be vocal in her crate during the day, so an apartment or townhouse may not be the best for her. If you are looking for a sweet, playful, small, affectionate and adorable young beagle to become a new member of your family, please ask about Coconut! She is a great little beagle who would make a wonderful addition to a new family.
Coconut is a tiny little 1-2 yr old beagle girl. She is super sweet but also a little submissive. She and Chutney were found as strays in Louisa Co. so her history is unknown.
