I've Been Adopted!

UPDATE - 20 JULY 2018: Our kennel manager, who still has Chase, sent a couple of new pictures. Chase is a tall boy and weighs about 26 pounds. He is a very shy boy and will need a family who is patient and loving and willing to work with him to come out of his shell. We hope to find him a foster home soon.

UPDATE - 26 MARCH 2018: Chase is now fully vetted and available for fostering or adoption.

INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: Chase is a beautiful 1.5 year old liver tri-color male beagle that’s a little unsure at the moment. He’s shy but approachable and gets along great with other dogs. He was a stray at the Louisa County Animal Shelter in Virginia, so his history is unknown. He will be available soon for fostering or adoption.

Hi Marie – Chase has not yet been adopted. He is very shy, so we are working to get him into a foster home. If you are interested in Chase or any of our other dogs, you only need to submit one application. We will then assign a volunteer to talk to you directly about our adoption process and available dogs. Our adoption policies and application can be found at: http://www.brewbeagles.org/brew-adoption-process/. Thank you for your interest!

  2. Chase, although at the maximum age is a possibility that I would like to make an appt. to see him as soon after the 1st of May as possible.

Currently recovering from surgery on my right leg to remove metal installed in the leg to repair an open fracture of both the rid and fib after being run over by a truck and trailer while on duty as a fire police officer following the back to back blizzards in February 2910, genes the delay in coming to see Chase!

Hi William – Thank you for your interest in Chase. He is a little timid but a beautiful boy. He is not currently in a foster home, so we don’t know how he would do as a house dog. We hope to get him into a foster home soon. If you are interested in meeting Chase you will need to fill out an application at http://www.brewbeagles.org/brew-adoption-process/adoption-application/. Once we receive your application and application fee, we will have a volunteer contact you directly to talk about Chase and our adoption process. Thank you again for your interest!
