UPDATE - 30 APRIL 2018: Buddy's foster mom reports that he is doing very well in her home. He is house trained and crate trained and knows how to use the doggy door. Buddy is still a little cautious of new things but is not showing any signs of anxiety. He’s even picking up weight.
UPDATE - 21 APRIL 2018: Our very generous kennel manager offered to foster Buddy to give him a chance at adoption. He has been living at her home for about a week and is doing well. He is working on his housetraining, figured out the doggie door, and does okay in his crate. So far he has not been very noisy.
INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: Buddy is a 3 year old beagle boy who is friendly and good with people and other dogs. He’s easily spooked by loud noises but still wants to be with people. He was a stray in Louisa County in Virginia, so his history is unknown. He is now fully vetted and available for fostering or adoption.
